Slopify provides AI-powered content creation services, including:
- AI clone creation and training based on your content and voice
- Automated content generation in your style
- Content strategy and distribution support
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using Slopify, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Your Content and Rights
Content You Provide: You retain ownership of all content, materials, voice recordings, and other intellectual property you provide to us for clone training.
License to Us: By providing content, you grant Slopify a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of creating and operating your AI clone.
Generated Content: Content generated by your AI clone is owned by you, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the qualification process
- Only provide content you have the right to use
- Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
- Comply with platform terms of service where content is published
- Disclose AI-generated content where required by law or platform rules
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Slopify services to:
- Create content that impersonates others without consent
- Generate misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Spread misinformation or engage in fraud
7. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:
- Fees are due as specified in your agreement
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- Specific results, engagement, or revenue outcomes
- That AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for all purposes
- Uninterrupted or secure access to our services
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLOPIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slopify and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship according to the terms of the service agreement. Upon termination, your access to the AI clone and generated content will be handled as specified in your agreement.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
